Green Hope is the first farmer’s Company that recognized by the Hiran Region authority and was established on 13-011-2014.

Green Hope was united a number of 30 farmer owners among small and big farmers, while they are committed to teamwork and a collaborative style of finding the best way forward, in a fast moving and highly competitive.

In addition we have the list of farmers with their contacts if necessary.

  • Our Goal

Green Hope always focused on uplifting the poor farmers, we try to find any NGO to invest in their farms, which we have achieved on a number of occasions, luckily each of farmers has got a several hours of farm plough, and each 40 liters of fuel.

As well as several occasions we have provided training on how to shift crops, how to plant a

variety of crops during agricultural production, to educate personal information and experience, we want farmers to share what they have learned about managing their system and pass on any unique techniques or strategies that may be useful to others.

In addition Green Hope Company is not only helping farmers, we are also one of the farmers.

  • Our Objective

Is to encourage and support a new generation of entrepreneurial ecological farmers to fulfill this goal we:

Encourage many to explore their new farm dreams and help more serious prospective farmers assess and plan their next steps into agriculture.

  • Connect new farmers with training, resources and mentors as well as land, assets and peers that help them to not only get their farm businesses off the ground, but to thrive.
    • Aim to help make the road to a farming dream a little more accessible, a little less risky, and a little less lonely.
    • Provide start-up farms, seed capital and flexible training and skills building opportunities as well important connections to peer, mentor and community networks.
    • Believe new farmers need to be resourceful, brilliant and hard working if they are going to succeed in farming.

Green Hope is to achieve superiority in every aspect of development.

  • Supports

Green Hope received Seeds/Spurious, training, Farmers materials and repairing Ravines from ICRC, DRC, and SCF and some local NGOs.

Green Hope will co-operate with all the Relief & Aid agencies, International/local NGO’s in the region any opportunities for the skills training, information and awareness of the farmers.

Three major data groups were gathered in this organizational profiling study. They were categorized as follows:

  • Contact information
    • Basic Company’s description
    • Company’s needs.

7.1.1 Contact Information.

This data group included the complete name of the Company both in the local and English language, the acronym of the Company, complete postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, contact person, and the position or designation of the contact person.

7.2.2 Basic Organizational Description.

This data group included the basic attributes, processes, and setup of the organization including:

7.3.3 Compam/s History.

This referred to the key events and processes that transpired before and during the formation of the organization. It also included the reasons behind the forming of the company.

  • CompanVs Purpose.

This referred to the desired state of affairs or direction that the company attempted to realize as a collective and indicated in their written vision, mission and goals.

  • Strategies, Programs and Services.

This referred to the means that enabled a company to attain its organizational and societal vision, mission, and goals. This was indicated in their formal statement of strategies and programs, and in the actual projects and activities conducted.

  1. Companvs Structure and Leadership.

This defined the authority relationships, the broad roles and responsibilities of each part of the organization, and specified the formal flows of communication and decision making within the organization. These were often indicated in the Company’s chart and in the Company’s

constitution and by-laws and other documents. This also included the secretariat support that carried out day-to-day activities of the Company. The names of officials and staff occupying specific positions in the Company were gathered in this section.
